We were once again blown away by this round of BIPOC scholarship applicants! We are excited to share our selections and we’d like to applaud all of the applicants on their accomplishments and aspirations.
Our team reviewed submissions carefully and the five applicants selected uniquely highlighted why they deserve the scholarship, how they have gone above and beyond as a manager, along with their career goals. We are committed to supporting this amazing group of BIPOC talent by providing complimentary access to our on-demand Manager Essentials course and executive coaching.
Our scholarship applications will open every quarter to provide BIPOC talent with this opportunity to elevate their manager skills. Applications for our Q3 BIPOC Scholarship will be open from September 1 – September 30, 2021. We’ll select the next round of scholarship recipients in October.
Scholarship Requirements
- Less than 3 years experience managing others
- Applicants must be Native American, Asian/Pacific-Islander, Black/African American, Hispanic/LatinX, or Middle Eastern
- Applicants must reside in the United States
