Our job is not to avoid failure but to find ways to embrace it for what it really is: an inevitable stepping stone on the way to success. In this 60-minute session led by Team Strong's Julie Vessel, we'll unpack some myths about failure that keep us playing small. We'll examine our own thoughts and beliefs about failure and how we might reframe them.

Motivating Meaningfully
Theories of motivation have been around for decades, but our new hybrid world requires a refresh. In this session led by special guest speaker Matt West from Golin, you'll learn how to help teams build autonomy, mastery and purpose in challenging environments and how to intentionally use recognition and rewards to inspire people to do their best. Note: this session will be particularly helpful for managers & leaders but all are welcome to join.
JUNE:
Feedback with Finesse
Feedback is one of the most critical things people want but often the hardest thing to give. In this session, we’ll distinguish between praise vs feedback as well as judgment vs observation. We’ll review a permission-based process for delivering feedback that yields the most impactful results and leave you with tips, tools and examples to apply immediately. Note: this session will include breakouts!
