It’s our pleasure to share the latest BIPOC scholarship recipients from 2021 with our STC community! We’re grateful for the ongoing interest in this program and we’re extremely impressed by the achievements and future potential of all the aspiring leaders who’ve applied.
Our team reviewed submissions carefully and the five applicants selected uniquely highlighted why they deserve the scholarship, how they have gone above and beyond as a manager, along with their career goals. We are committed to supporting this amazing group of BIPOC talent by providing complimentary access to our on-demand Manager Essentials course and executive coaching.
Meet our latest 2021 recipients:
Our scholarship will continue on in 2022 to provide BIPOC talent with this opportunity to elevate their manager skills. We will be accepting applications for our first scholarship of 2022 from February 1 – February 28, 2022. We’ll announce our recipients in March.
Scholarship Requirements
- Less than 3 years experience managing others
- Applicants must be Native American, Asian/Pacific-Islander, Black/African American, Hispanic/LatinX, or Middle Eastern
- Applicants must reside in the United States
