We are happy to announce the scholarship winners for our 1st STC BIPOC Scholarship. We are committed to supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion by launching this scholarship to provide BIPOC managers with access to our on-demand Manager Essentials course and executive coaching at no charge.
Our team extensively reviewed over 50 applications exploring why they deserve the scholarship, how they have gone above and beyond as a manager, and their career goals. Congratulations everyone!

Our scholarship applications will open every quarter to provide BIPOC talent with this opportunity to elevate their manager skills. Application for our 2nd BIPOC Scholarship is now open between June 1 – July 15, 2021. We will select the next round of scholarship recipients by the end of July.

Scholarship Requirements
- Less than 3 years experience managing others
- Applicants must be Native American, Asian/Pacific-Islander, Black/African American, Hispanic/LatinX, or Middle Eastern
- Applicants must reside in the United States
Application Process
Applications for our Q2 BIPOC Scholarship will be open from June 1st, 2021 – July 15, 2021. We will announce recipients for the scholarship by the end of July.
