Strong Training & Coaching is taking more action to support diversity, equity, and inclusion by launching our 1st BIPOC Scholarship to provide BIPOC with an opportunity to invest in their professional development.
According to the Association for Talent Development, the vast majority (76%) of managers today are White – with only 6% identifying as Asian, 8% Black, 10% Latino. We’re here to bridge the gap to increase the number of BIPOC executives and address racial gaps by supporting their career journey.
We’ll be offering this scholarship regularly. Each cohort will help elevate 5 BIPOC employees by setting them up for success with access to our Manager Essentials on-demand program and an executive coaching session.

Scholarship Requirements
- Less than 3 years experience managing others
- Applicants must be Native American, Asian/Pacific-Islander, Black/African American, Hispanic/LatinX, or Middle Eastern
- Applicants must reside in the United States
Application Process
Applications for our Q3 BIPOC Scholarship will be open from June 1st, 2021 – June 30, 2021. We will announce recipients for the scholarship in early July.
