What We’ll Cover

Context: The Who & The Why

Every presentation is about connection. Participants learn to read communication styles using DiSC and flex their approach accordingly. They work through a purpose statement to define not what the audience needs to know, but what they need to feel and do. Participants leave with a clearer purpose and practical lens for every presentation they give.

Content: The What

A compelling presentation isn't an information dump — it's a story with structure. Participants learn how to choose the right structure for their situation, connect ideas using causation and conflict, and audit their own slides for simplicity and information density. Every activity uses a real presentation from their own work.

Delivery: The How

Great content only lands if delivery supports it. Participants identify and close the four common delivery gaps and build a delivery plan based on their DiSC style and the demands of the presentation. We close with a structured rehearsal approach: why it matters and what separates presenters who sound prepared from those who sound scripted.

Let's Talk
What is presentation skills training?

Presentation skills training teaches people to design and deliver presentations that connect with an audience. It covers reading your audience with DiSC, building compelling content, delivering with confidence, and rehearsing effectively. It's built for anyone who presents internally or externally.

How long is presentation skills training?

We offer three formats:

Virtual: 3 sessions × 2 hours, spaced over 2 to 4 weeks. Each session focuses on one key area: connection, content, or delivery. Best for sustained behavior change.

In-Person Essentials: 4 hours. A focused half-day covering core frameworks and tools.

In-Person Full: 6 hours. The same depth as the virtual program, delivered in one day.

Do you offer virtual presentation training?

Yes. Our virtual presentation training runs as 3 sessions of 2 hours each, over 2 to 4 weeks. Participants bring real work to each session for hands-on practice. The spacing between sessions gives behavior change time to stick.

Do you use DiSC in presentation training?

Yes. We use DiSC to help participants read audience communication styles and adapt their presentations accordingly. They learn to flex their approach based on who's in the room.

What makes your presentation training different?

Participants work with their own real presentations throughout the program, not theoretical examples. Every activity uses presentations pulled straight from their job, so they leave with better versions of presentations they actually need to deliver.

How much does presentation skills training cost?

Presentation training is custom-priced based on group size, format, and program design. The investment scales with your needs. Book a call and we'll give you specific pricing.

Can you do presentation training for teams?

Yes. Presentation training works as group workshops with mixed roles, team sessions for intact teams, or one-on-one coaching. We design the format to fit your situation.

Can presentation training help with nervousness?

Yes. Presentation training tackles nervousness through structured rehearsal, delivery gap identification, and practice in a safe environment. Most nervousness comes from a lack of preparation, and we teach people how to prepare well.

Do you offer executive presentation training?

Yes. For executives, we offer one-on-one presentation coaching, built for the highest-stakes moments: presentations to boards, investors, or the C-suite.

What will participants learn in presentation skills training?

Participants learn how to read their audience using DiSC, structure presentations as stories instead of information dumps, deliver with vocal and physical presence, and rehearse in a way that sharpens both the slides and their confidence. It's practice-based and immediately useful.

Remember, no one has met their own human potential.
