Feedback is one of the most critical things people want but often the hardest thing to give. In this interactive session, we’ll distinguish between praise vs feedback as well as judgment vs observation. We’ll review a permission-based process for delivering feedback that yields the most impactful results and leave you with tips, tools and examples to apply immediately. Note: to help you practice this skill, this session will include breakouts!

But when it's present, teams spend time collaborating and innovating. You'll leave this session with a clear understanding of what psychological safety is and your role in fostering it within your team. In this 60-minute session, we'll unpack some myths about failure that keep us playing small. We'll examine our own thoughts and beliefs about failure and how we might reframe them. Finally, we'll look at specific behaviors you can adopt to fuel failure of your teams and yourselves.
